Terms of Service, Disclaimers & Intellectual Property Notice

Effective date: July 6, 2026 · Applies to dashworld.gg and all of its subdomains, pages, applications, games, chat interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Site").

1. Ownership — All Rights Reserved

Every element of this Site and the DASHWORLD universe is the exclusive property of DASH WORLD Inc. This includes, without limitation: the DASH and DASHWORLD names, logos, and marks; the DASH character; the EK-0 ("Echo") character and companion; all other characters, personas, and storylines; all music, sound recordings, compositions, and audio; all artwork, imagery, video, animation, 3D models, and renders; all episodes, lore, scripts, and written content; all games, software, code, and interfaces; and all merchandise designs. All of the foregoing are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual-property laws, whether or not individually registered.

Nothing on this Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, modified, adapted, translated, performed, displayed, sold, licensed, reverse-engineered, or otherwise used or exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior express written consent of DASH WORLD Inc. No right, title, interest, or license in any content is granted to you by viewing or using the Site. Any unauthorized use automatically terminates your permission to use the Site and may violate civil and criminal laws. DASH WORLD Inc. reserves the right to enforce its rights to the fullest extent of the law.

2. AI Companion & Chat Disclaimer

The Site features automated, artificial-intelligence-driven characters and chat experiences, including the character "EK-0" / "Echo" (collectively, the "AI Agents"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI Agents are fictional, automated entertainment characters. They are not human, and their statements are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, or otherwise unreliable.
• Nothing said by any AI Agent constitutes advice of any kind — not financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological, purchasing, or professional advice — and must not be relied upon as such. Anything an AI Agent says is provided for entertainment purposes only.
• You are solely and entirely responsible for every decision you make, including any purchase, transaction, or action taken during or after interacting with any AI Agent. DASH WORLD Inc. accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any decision, action, purchase, loss, or consequence of any kind arising out of or relating to your interaction with any AI Agent.
• Chat interactions may be processed, stored, and used to operate and improve the experience. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
• DASH WORLD Inc. does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any AI Agent and may modify, suspend, or remove them at any time without notice.

3. Purchases — All Sales Final; No Refunds

All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits on any product, merchandise, digital item, membership, or service purchased on or through this Site, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by DASH WORLD Inc. for a specific product, or where required by non-waivable applicable law.

• By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product, sizing, and description, and you assume all responsibility for your selection.
• Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color, material, sizing, and finish are normal and do not constitute grounds for refund.
• Payment processing and order fulfillment may be handled by third parties (including Shopify). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and DASH WORLD Inc. is not liable for their acts or omissions.
• DASH WORLD Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion (with any charged amounts for cancelled-by-us orders refunded as the sole remedy).

4. No Warranties

The Site and everything on it — including all content, products, games, chat features, AI Agents, memberships, and services — are provided strictly "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DASH WORLD Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. DASH WORLD Inc. does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DASH WORLD Inc., its owners, officers, directors, employees, artists, contractors, licensors, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, any content, any product, any game, any membership, or any interaction with any AI Agent — regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of DASH WORLD Inc. for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to DASH WORLD Inc. in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

6. Assumption of Risk & Release

You use the Site, its games, its chat features, and its AI Agents entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge DASH WORLD Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, artists, contractors, licensors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action of every kind, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DASH WORLD Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, artists, contractors, licensors, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape, harvest, or data-mine any content; use any content to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models; impersonate any person; abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate the AI Agents or game/leaderboard systems; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. DASH WORLD Inc. may suspend or terminate access for any violation, or for any reason, at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

9. Memberships, Accounts & Digital Features

Memberships, coins, points, scores, ranks, and any other digital items or statuses on the Site have no monetary value, are not property, are not redeemable for cash, and may be modified, reset, or discontinued at any time without notice or compensation. Wallet-connection features interact with third-party services at your own risk; DASH WORLD Inc. is not responsible for any third-party wallet, network, or blockchain service, or for any loss related to their use.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party sites and services (including Shopify checkout, streaming platforms, social platforms, and wallet providers). DASH WORLD Inc. does not control and is not responsible for any third-party site, service, content, or policy. Your use of them is solely between you and the third party.

11. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court. You and DASH WORLD Inc. each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought in the party's individual capacity only.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where permitted. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law & Severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DASH WORLD Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. DASH WORLD Inc.'s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

13. Changes to These Terms

DASH WORLD Inc. may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
