When you create an account or sign in to interactive features (such as chat, members areas, games or leaderboards), we collect your email address and the account details you choose. Messages you send in the Site's chat interfaces are collected and stored so the feature can function. If you contact us directly, we receive the contents of your message.
2. Purchases
Purchases on our shop are processed by Shopify. We receive order information (such as items purchased, shipping details and contact information) needed to fulfill your order. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers; payment processing is handled by Shopify and its payment providers under their own policies.
3. Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It collects device and usage information (such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address) using cookies and similar technologies. Our hosting and infrastructure providers also keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request data) for security and reliability.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information above to operate and improve the Site (accounts, chat, games, shop), fulfill orders, keep the Site secure and prevent abuse, understand what content people enjoy, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies

6. Third-Party Services
The Site is built on service providers that process data on our behalf: Google (analytics), Shopify (store and checkout), and cloud infrastructure providers used to host the Site and its interactive features (including Vercel, DigitalOcean and Supabase). The Site also links out to third-party platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, SoundCloud, Facebook and Pinterest); those platforms operate under their own privacy policies.
7. Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers described above (to run the Site), when required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
8. Data Retention & Your Choices
We keep account, chat and order information for as long as needed to provide the Site's features and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, or deletion of, your account data and chat history at any time by emailing dash@dashworld.gg. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users
The Site is operated from the United States and information is processed there. By using the Site you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the effective date above updated accordingly.
